When you join a live session or private review, you agree to behave respectfully, not disrupt other participants, and not record or redistribute session materials without written permission.

Site content, worksheets, and session materials remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use materials for personal study while enrolled. You may not resell, republish, or teach from them commercially without consent.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit malicious content through forms, or impersonate another person when enquiring.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, indirect loss, or decisions you make after training. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Courts of Tasmania have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
